100% free shipping is offered North America Wide on all Kala orders. You may use a PO box when placing your order. Please note that we may be experiencing delays due to COVID-19. An exact shipping estimate can be found at checkout. 

All orders are shipped from our warehouse in Markham, ON. There will be no duties charged on any USA or Canada orders. In extreme cases of urgency and special consideration, we can ship directly from our oversees warehouse. 

Our company is Canadian and our products are designed, engineered and warehoused in our Canada warehouse. The typical transit times are between 6 - 8 business days. There are instances where a label will be in "Created Status" until the courier scans the parcel.

All warranty shipping is within Canada so you never have to ship anything internationally.

All orders are fully trackable from when they leave our warehouse for their journey to you, until they arrive.

Canada wide orders are shipped prioritized through Canada Post, UPS, Fedex, CanPar or our local same day shipping courier for GTA (Greater Toronto Area) shipments.

USA wide orders are shipped with USPS. General shipping transit times are 2-4 business days.

International orders are shipped with APC Worldwide. General shipping transit times are 8-14 business days.
